There are many different variations of squats that you can do. They all present similar challenges and slightly different challenges, but in the end they all are great to do on a regular basis. Our opinion is that free weights barbell or dumbbell squats are the way to go, no questions asked. This variation offers the most challenge and is going to give you results up to 50% faster. Not only will it give you faster results but you will be strengthened in a manner that mimics everyday demands on the body.
