Squats are a classic exercise method for the whole body, especially the legs.

In fact, men, women and children of all ages do squats (see picture) almost every day, especially in public toilets, right?
As for the essentials of movements, we sometimes think too much. Squat down naturally, without arching your back, raise your head and chest, and go as deep as possible, just as deep as you don’t feel any discomfort. Please raise your hands if you agree.
